Cooter used to be wild in his younger years before he decided to mellow out.  Back in his crazy years, he got himself the nickname of "Crazy Cooter."  The name stuck, but ol' Cooter ain't dumb, he runs Hazzard Garage.  Any man who starts that kind of business has gotta understand supply and demand.  That being the case, Cooter comes in real handy when the Dukes get themselves into trouble, which happens all the time.  Now that ol' boy keeps busy.
